NeiDneX

Who am I, and my gaming story.

Hello there! My name is NeiDneX. I was born in 1995 and I come from Serbia.

• I started gaming on the Famicom when I was 5 years old, then moved to the PlayStation 1 at the age of 7. When I was 12, I got my first PC, a Pentium III, which opened a whole new perspective of games for me. Game House games, awesome FPS shooters and I played many Real Time Strategy games.

• In 2005-2007 my dad took me to the flea market and we wanted to buy some movies, and we came across 6 Star Wars movies on one DVD/R, and I was aware of Star Wars since I played Star Wars: Jedi Power Battles on PS1. We watched all of them, and that's when I became big fan of LucasArts and follow their work till this day. My favorite Jedi is still Plo Koon, and Darth Vader as Sith. Also at age of 13 - 2008, I played Tekken 3 and Marvel Super Heroes on real Arcade Machines and also Xenon pinball.

• I had PS1 until 2009, and it was broken, and my favorite games till this day are Medievil, Rampage, Tekken 3, Star Wars: Jedi Power Battles, and Crash Bash. Of all which I played, this ones are really awesome for me.

• In 2010, I got Nokia C2-01 and I played many games on it, and before going to play WoW in 2012, I played the online browser game on same phone called Blackdragon.mobi, until end of 2014 .

• Over the years, I played many different games, but the biggest part of my gaming life is Counter Strike I started to play back in 2005 when my parents and grandparents would take me to internet caffes, also, World of Warcraft, which I played from 2012 until 2023. During that time, I often took breaks from WoW by playing older and retro games. In 2015 I started to use my name I still use... NeiDneX. I figured it out by finding my account on GameTracker.

• 25 January 2017, I started again to play Adventure Quest World with my 2nd character since I forgot my username of first created character. My friend showed me this game, and I back to it after I watched Simpsons and it's episode "Marge Gamer" where I told my sister it reminds me of Adventure Quest Worlds. Shortly after that, I started playing Unchanted Waters Online for a short time until I started to play Adventure Quest 3D in 28 March 2017.

• In 13 July 2018, I joined The Legend of Pirates Online (TLOPO) a MMORPG based on Pirates of the Caribbean.

• In 2019, I bought myself a Famiclone along with many cartridges.

• In 2020, I got PC from my dad, since he bought himself a new one, and I returned to Grand Fantasia as Priest (Healer) , playing this game with my dad, and since then, I am only focused on Healing classes in any RPG or MMORPG I am still playing. I figured out to play Cleric build similar to D&D in TES: Morrowind too. And I returned to Unreal Tournament (1999), a game I had briefly played years earlier.

• In 2022, thanks to my mom's recommendation, I started playing Tetris for the first time, but with Tetris Ultimate on PC, even though I had known about the game for a long time.

• 26 June 2022, I started to play Star Wars Galaxies Legends for the first time, and quit shortly after that.

• In 2023 my family bought me a powerful PC and I joined sister to play Genshin Impact on 19 February, but I still played retro games. And then I made my 2nd Adventure Quest 3D character since I was named Dathadorn, and other person named as that was saying shenanigans on social media. Later I changed my 2nd character name and I focus primarly on Healer.

• In 2024, I gave my gaming PC to my dad... also, I tried AdventureQuest 3D again after 6 years, but eventually left it and decided to fully focus on retro gaming. Most of my time was spent playing MS-DOS, NES, and Atari 2600 games. I actually discovered Atari 2600 after watching Ready Player One in 2020.

• Around 2022–2023, I rediscovered GTA 2 on PC, a game I had played heavily on the PS1 between the ages of 9 and 14, until my console broke.

• On 3rd December 2024, I started to play Angband for the first time, but quit it somewhere at the end of December when I discovered a game called OpenRSC and played it for a while. After that, I moved toward roguelike and racing games. I played Angband, translated Pathos into Serbian, and enjoyed games like Hot Wheels Unleashed and Need for Speed World on the Nightriderz server.

• On 2nd January 2025, I discovered OldUnreal for the first time, and that's when my UT journey started. Eventually, I stepped away from all games and returned to Unreal Tournament and OpenRSC in 17th December 2025, when my grandmother gifted me her Asus X55A in November 2025. However, I realized that OpenRSC make my laptop burn, I needed to quit it, and I continue to play retro games for NES and PS1, MS-DOS, old PC titles, Itch.io games and Pico-8 games.

• On July 2025, I started playing Bloxburg when I saw that it was free. Since then, I played it from time to time, but on 6th October 2026, I started to play it actively, along with other Roblox games which I play with my sister.

• On 18 October 2025, I started playing LEGO Tower, Android game.

• I returned to Tetris on 13th January 2026, and I wanted to play Tetris NES... on 15th February 2026, I patched it to be official Tetris GYM from GitHub.

• 16 March 2026, I got back to the Star Wars Galaxies Legends, made Ithorian Jedi and quit it 28 March 2026 for FarmRPG...

• On 27th May 2026, I got my Personal Best score in Tetris GYM, 119,544.

• I want to give a special thanks to Chalupy, owner of Furmen Services who introduced me to Telnet in general and to his BBS on Stoat (a Discord alternative) which I seen 13th June 2026. Through Chalupy, I discovered something I had never known before and quickly came to love, BBS'. A Telnet BBS (Bulletin Board System) is a vintage-style computer server that allows users to connect remotely via the internet using the Telnet protocol. Functioning as the original precursor to modern social networks, these systems offer text-oriented forums, downloadable files, live chat, and multiplayer games. On 15th June 2026, I found MUD called Alter Aeon and I enjoy playing that game. Then I took some break from Alter Aeon, but came back after 11 days, 3rd July 2026. On 10th July 2026, I discovered Dark Wizardry, a classic MUD that has been running since 1994. After joining its Discord community, I quickly became attached to the game and its old school atmosphere. My NeiDneX logo, which I created back in 2017 is turned into a 32x32 emoji for the Dark Wizardry Discord Server on 15th July 2026... and I never expected that something like that will happen.

• On 7th August 2026, after spending a lot of time playing Dark Wizardry and MUDs, I've realized that the genre just isn't really my thing. So, for now, I'm going back to retro and indie games, Tetro Tui and Tetris GYM. Dark Wizardry was a great experience, and I'm grateful for the game, the community, and all the people I met along the way.

• On 1 October 2026, I came back to Roblox and Adventure Quest 3D, when my sister got new Android, so we are playing it together from time to time.

YouTuber.

• I started recording on YouTube back in 2017, recording old PC titles, and messing around with my 2nd logo for the channel because I had regular one, which it leads to the logo I am still using today. Then I made new Youtube channel with the same name, and I wanted to record and have account with Android games only, and it didn’t last long. On 17 October 2026, I face revealed myself. In 2018, I created a new channel focused on animations and game development, but in 2022 I deleted everything and disappeared from the internet for a while. In 2023, thanks to my sister Pekmeya who encouraged me to return , 4th channel with the same name was made and here I am, started recording with the first video on 16th October 2024. Yes, I deleted previous three NeiDneX YouTube channels completely, and all social media accounts I had, which I created again when I returned.

What I did Before.

• I’m used to be a Game Developer and Animator. I made games with 001 Game Creator and animations with Easy Video Maker. I did this for 2 years (2019-2021) and then deleted it all. Now in 10th January 2025, I am back as game developer because of my sister, and we wanted to make html game called Pekmeyans' Solar System, which you can play on pss.neocities.org, and I translated Pathos to Serbian language for Pathos and it's version 7.3, and I am still translating that game from time to time.

What's logo about?

• My logo present mixture of Samus Aram (Metroid) and Pokey (Pac-Man) which I made back in 2017 with Piskel, and replaced my old logo with it, for my YouTuber channel.
